Linda asked for my room number and finally went to the area to speak with the guys parked there who were outside drinking alcohol (beer) in the parking lot. She didn't make an effort to go correct the problem until I told her that I needed to get a walker out of the car and according to ADA it is reserved for handicapped guests. Linda was informed of this by me, and I was told 'it's not a major issue. The license plates were from Texas and Georgia.

There was plenty of hot water however, the night desk clerk (Linda)was very rude.
